الطريقة الصحيحة لسترجاع الايميل المسروق
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
الموضوع مهم اقرأه للنهاية وادعو غيرك لفعل ذلك ...
أتمنى ان يكون هذا الشرح سهل ومفيد لكم واتمنى ان لايحتاجه احد منكم ولكن لاهمية الموضوع لكم هذا الشرح المبسط ..
طبعااا مهم ان الواحد يحفط بيانات الايميل تبعه علشان الحاجة شوفو الاشياء المطلوبة وقوموو بحفظ المعلومات للحاجة ..
نبدأ على بركة الله :
في حال اكتشفت سرقة الايميل كل ماعليك فعله هو ارسال رسالة للهتميل وتكتب فيها ...
....................
- Name (الأول والأخير)
- Hotmail Sign-in address (الأيميل)
- Birth Date (تاريخ الميلاد)
- Country ( الدولة )
- Region/State ( المدينة أو الولاية )
- Zip or postal code ( الرمز البريدي )
- Approximate date of last successful sign in or approximate date of account registration last sign in data ( تاريخ اخر دخول للبريد المسروق )
- The name of your ISP from where you last accessed your account successfully (ISP is the name of the Internet Service Provider through which you gain access to the internet). In other words, ISP is the company that provides you with internet connection. If you access your account from outside your home (for example, from school or work) please include the name of the organization.out my house ( اكتب اي أسم نت كافية )
- Name as many former Passwords you used with this account as far back as you can remember. ( كلمات السر ألي تتذكرها )
- List as many of your Contacts as you can remember (Contacts are the email addresses that are stored in your contacts, formally know as Address Book)
( بعض الأيميلات ألي مسيفها على البريد مو الماسينجر على الأدرس بوك )
- List as many of your Folders that you have created (if any) as you can remember apart from the default folders such as Inbox, Drafts, Sent Messages and Trash Can. (Inbox, Drafts, Sent Messages , Trash Can, Jank Mail , اذا في فلادر ثانية ضيفها أذا ما في أمسح الكلام هذا)

سوف يكون عنوان الرسالة : PASSWORD VERIFICATION INFO ENCLOSED
وسوف يكون ايميل شركة الهتميل هذا : abuse@hotmail.com (abuse@hotmail.com)
بعد ان ترسل الرسالة سوف تصلك رسالة في نفس اللحظة من السيرفر وهي رسالة تخبرك بأنه تم استلام رسالتك وسوف ينظر فيها شاهد الصورة :
انزين كل ماعليك هو الانتظار حتى تصلك الرسالة الي فيها الباسوورد اذا كانت المعلومات صحيحة قد يستغرق هذا بضعة ايام عليك الانتظار ..
واذا كانت المعلومات خطئ او ناقصة راح يخبرونك ولازم تطرشها .. لهذا وجب عليك ان تقوم بأخذ بياناتك ..

اذا فتحت الايميل بيكون بهذي الطريقة :
طبعاا بعد ماتحصل الايميل تعرف شتسوي .. تغير الباسوورد الى الي تبيه وتغير السؤال والجواب السري وهنا وصلات سريعة ..
اذا تبي تغير الباسوورد ويا السكرت اكوشن وبعض الشغلات قم بزيارة هذا اللنك ..
1. Visit http://memberservices.passport.net/ (http://memberservices.passport.net/) .
2. Click the "Sign In" button.
3. Sign in to your .NET Passport account using your sign-in name and password.
4. Under "I want to change something", click "Change my password".
5. Type your current password using the temporary password we gave you.
6. Enter your preferred password on the new password textbox. Reenter your preferred password again for confirmation.
7. Click "Continue". You will receive this message: "Your Password Has Been Changed. Please use your new password for .NET Passport sign-in from now on."
8. Click "Continue".
9. Click on the "Change my secret question" link.
10. Enter your current password, and type your new secret question and answer.
11. Click on "Continue".
Please take note of the following regarding passwords:
- Should have at least 6 and not more than 16 characters
- Cannot contain your first or last name
- Should not be the same as the answer to your secret question
الحين اذا كنت تبي تخلي لك ايميل اذا تغير باسووورد ايميلك يوصلك اشعار انه تغير مثلا ايميل على الياهو او حتى الهتميل .. تقدر تسويه عن طريق اتباع التالي ..
To add an alternate e-mail address, please follow this procedure:
1. Go to http://memberservices.passport.net/ (http://memberservices.passport.net/)
2. Click the "Sign In" button.
3. Sign in to your .NET Passport account using your sign-in name and password.
4. Click on the "Add or change my alternate e-mail address" link.
5. Enter your current password, and enter your alternate e-mail address.
6. Click on "Continue".
